Ostara Nature Connection
wellbeing through nature
wellbeing through nature

Hello! My name is Zoë, and welcome to Ostara Nature Connection. I have lifelong passions for nature and helping others, and Ostara is my way of combining these two passions.
‘Ostara’ is a springtime festival celebrating new life and vitality. These feelings, along with connection to others and nature, are what I want to embody through Ostara Nature Connection. I aim to create a space that helps people to experience wellness and a new sense of life through connecting with the natural world.
My business is Zoë Fowler trading as Ostara Nature Connection

I host Nature Connection Gatherings online and
Nature Connection Walks & Forest Bathing sessions in Somerset.
Online Gatherings are 90 minutes and take place via Zoom to bring nature connection to you, wherever you are.
Nature Connection Walks are 1 hour easy, gentle walks
to connect with nature.
Forest Bathing sessions are 2-2.5 hours and allow for a deeper, more meditative connection with the natural world.

Nature Connection or Nature Connectedness, is all about how connected we are to the natural world. It involves having a
meaningful experience with nature by engaging in activities
that foster a deeper connection.
Connection to nature is important, not just for us,
but for the wider world as well. Increasing our level of nature connectedness can help us feel more fulfilled and can help
to build a more compassionate view of nature.
Forest Bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, involves immersing yourself among the atmosphere of the trees, and being mindful, present & fully engaged with your surroundings. While it is not a traditional form of therapy, Forest Bathing can be very therapeutic, and can help with overall health & wellbeing.
The different activities throughout the session help to deepen awareness and encourage a meaningful connection to the natural world which can help with both physical and mental wellness.
Forest Bathing can help to reduce blood pressure, heart rate, cortisol and tension, which leads to a more calm physical state.
Please note: not literal bathing!
